“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or business purchasing our services.
“Services” refers to painting, decorating, renovation, carpentry, and related services provided by us.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices may be revised if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions arise.
Written acceptance is required before work can begin.
A start date will be confirmed once the quote is accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is paid.
Scheduling may be affected by weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quote or invoice.
We reserve the right to request a deposit before commencing work.
Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Ensure access to the property and provide a safe working environment.
Remove or protect furniture, valuables, and personal items before work begins.
Inform us of any known hazards, structural concerns, or limitations (e.g., asbestos, damp).
Carry out work with reasonable skill and care, in line with professional standards.
Maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
Ensure the work area is clean and tidy upon completion.
We use high-quality materials suitable for the job unless otherwise specified.
Any warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the agreed start date.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased.
In the event of unavoidable delays, we will inform you promptly and reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of project completion.
We will address defects resulting from poor workmanship free of charge, within a reasonable time period, provided no unauthorised alterations have been made.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or faults
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance
Losses or expenses incurred due to delays outside of our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
